SPAM & Email Marketing

Spam will not be tolerated. Your site must be in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.Visit the government site: CAN-SPAM Act: Requirements for Commercial Emailers, or download the CAN-SPAM printable PDF. There are many 3rd party email marketing companies that provide a professional mass emailing service, please use them if you require this service.

Payment for Services

We urge you to remit the payment for services upon receipt of your invoice so that we may continue to serve you and provide you access to your site and email. Please make sure your remittance reaches us within our terms of service to avoid late fees or loss of service.

Terms: Net 10 Days (printed on all our invoices). Over 20 days will incur a 10% late fee. Annual (1 month FREE!) and quarterly hosting invoices are due prior to expiration. We are no longer hosting accounts past due beyond their prepaid time.
***Disconnected accounts are reactivated upon payment, but may take up to 48 hours to view due to internet propagation, and are subject to a $25 reconnect fee in addition to a late fee***

NOTE: The redemption price for expired domain names is $100-200. Serb-Art has no control over this as all registry services charge this redemption fee, so please make sure your account is current as we can no longer afford to renew domains at our expense.

We accept payment by business or personal check, money order, bank check, or cash from clients close enough to pay in person. We also accept credit and debit cards via PayPal (below) an option some clients running too close to disconnect dates have used.

Invoice / Service Payment
	Serb-Art accepts most major Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal (PayPal account not required). Click Pay Now, then please insert your Invoice #, or service you are paying for in Description and amount in Unit Price. We offer a 30 day money back Guarantee on new hosting. We expect 30 days cancellation notice of existing accounts. (No refunds on prepaid hosting beyond the initial 30 days)

Hosting Notice: We host web sites on Serb-Art servers whether we do the work for you or you have your own webmaster, however should your site incur technical problems that affect your site or others on the server there is a $90/hour (15 min. incraments) support charge to correct issues your webmaster can not handle.
